In order to reduce the number of inactive blogs as well as the number of splogs (spam bloggers), it was decided that the registration process would be subjected to:
- Manual activation upon manual verification of registrant IP Address (yes, this takes time but we will require this to be done for all new blogs or new users registration).
- Remote location of the registrant IP address will be checked, if the location is outside of Malaysia, no automatic registration will be used. New registrant residing outside of Malaysia should send an email to the website administration to manually request for registration.
These precautionary steps are obviously adding more to the site management workload — however, we will try our best and effort to make sure this website continues to be friendly and functional as intended. Kopisanangan.
